Atlantic States Lubricants Corp. is Hiring a Collections Representative Near Farmingdale, NY

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Collections specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, with a focus on accounts receivable processes and effective collections methods.

**Duties:**

Ensure payments are accounted for and properly posted- Run Accounts Receivable Ager Weekly to identify delinquent accounts and call customers for past due balances.

Credit check new orders and release orders based on credit status.

Run Experian Reports and credit checks on new accounts.

- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues

The successful candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

- Previous experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or similar role

Ability to perform account reconciliations accurately

This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and accuracy are paramount.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.78 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
